ADR (Automatic Dialog Replacement) is the process of recording dialog after filming, and replacing the original audio.
For this project, you and a partner will select a scene, delete the original audio, and recreate all sounds. You can use a youtube converter like https://www.dlnowsoft.com/youtube-mp3 to download your scene. Your scene must include dialog, a music track, ambient noise (room tone, rain, birds, traffic, etc), and at least two forms of action. NOTE: The action doesn't have to be guns and swords, it can be subtle, like footsteps or opening a candy wrapper.
To record straight to Premier, you will have to adjust some settings. Go to "Edit" in the menu bar and select "Preferences" & "Audio" and check "Mute Input During Audio Recording.
