Rediscovering San Diego began as a class that visited various venues in San Diego County. These venues were chosen because they were historic, educational, intellectually stimulating and mind provoking. With the pandemic, the classed moved online and began to embrace a new format. Here is one example of the NEW Rediscovering San Diego:

Rediscovering San Diego and Beyond - with Meagan Albrant

This hybrid class embraces the Zoom format AND in person meetings to explore topics close to home and around the globe! Meagan's love of all things history shines through, both in her weekly readings and the topics she explores. She loves learning about organizations and charities doing good work in the community (she loves to 'look for the helpers' as Mr. Rogers used to say). Additionally, she loves to explore food, the natural world, and even the reaches of outer space! Meagan always loves taking student suggestions, so if there's something you want to learn about, you just have to let her know!
