Summer 2024 Week One Brain Fitness Basics Orientation! 

Hello Brain Fitness Students,

We are thrilled to welcome you to the Brain Fitness Basics Summer 2024 class!


Each Week

Your lessons will be posted on our BASICS class website weekly. Links to lessons and the website will be provided in a weekly email, but you can access the weekly emails at any time by going to bfclass.com under the Weekly Emails tab.

This Week

This week, classes start on Tuesday, July 9th, and Thursday, July 11th. All Basics classes will be conducted online via Zoom. You may attend both the Tuesday and Thursday classes if you wish.

We highly recommend attending the orientation week one session on Zoom. These sessions will help you learn how to navigate our class website and the BrainHQ exercises. Zoom information and links for these sessions are provided below. All these features will be demonstrated for you at orientation.
