Abstract

Screening and managing patients with all sorts of disorders in any setting are widespread. And the use of evaluation is critical in the physical therapy (PT) practice. The future PTs must compete with themselves by pursuing a certification or specialty in any field. In having specialization, it would also increase their work field. To be able to give the students a glimpse of where they can be at in their future practice, this survey was conducted. The result of this survey is quite important, which will help our department to strengthen the curriculum in which areas most of our students would need to be exposed more. The most preferred specialty among the students were Sports Clinical Specialist and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, while the least was Vestibular Clinical Specialist.
