To begin working on this project you need to have access to the desktop version of Excel 2016 or Office 365 and download the app to your computer. Some adult schools give you access to free office products as a student. Talk to your computer teacher or your counselor to find out if you have an account. You can download a free trial version at office.com.
You can start with lesson 1 by clicking on the YouTube video. You can pause the video and then do what I did in the video. Resume the video and pay close attention to what I do.

Using the information from the videos and the workbook you created create a personal budget for the whole year that has the following:
A title using the Title Styles and merge all columns across all fourteen columns.
A Subtitle and merge all columns across all fourteen columns.
Income for all twelve months of the year from two different sources. For example Wages from Work, Alimony, Self Employment Income, Part Time Work, Etc.
Household Expenses for all twelve months of the year. Please don’t include any account numbers.
Include a Total Column and a Total Row for both the Income and Household Expenses.
Include a Net Row
Apply the theme styles of your choice or highlight rows using your favorite color.
Apply the Accounting Number Style to the first and last row of Income and Expenses. Apply the comma style to the rest of the numbers and use 2 decimal places.
Using the Expenses Categories and the total create a pie chart and put it in its own sheet of the workbook.
Take the quiz and score at least 60%.
