Postcard to Nowhere

Find three photographs to use for this piece including a landscape, a sky, and a foreground object or character.  Please be sure to look at the resolution of the images before choosing.  Your images can be silly or contradictory but your end result should be "believable".  Take this into consideration when gathering references. 

Your goal is to combine all three images to form one cohesive whole.  Your end design should feel either realistic or surrealistic.  You should make layer adjustments to achieve cohesive and believable lighting and coloring. 

Standard postcard sizes are 4"x6" or 5"x7".  Please set up your document to be at least 300ppi and constrained to those proportions. 

Minimum Required Tools and Tactics you Must Use:

-Selection (Select and Mask and Edge Refinement Tactics)

-Layer Mask (choose from one or more of brush, gradient)

-Layer adjustments and blend modes to unite imagery

-Text Tool (with adjustments and effects)

-(optional) Shape Tool and/or Custom Shape Tool

As always, save as a native PSD for posterity.  Then export as a .jpg to your Google Drive.
