Graphic Design Lessons

In our first year teaching the new digital art and graphic design class, I will dedicate myself to guiding students through the fundamentals of Adobe Express and Adobe Photoshop. I focus on building their technical skills in these programs to enable them to create compelling digital artwork and designs. Drawing on my experience teaching traditional visual art, I integrate foundational art principles with hands-on software instruction. I encourage students to experiment with tools such as layering, masking, and digital illustration while developing their unique styles. Creating a classroom environment that balances skill development with creative freedom has been central to my approach. Teaching graphic design and digital art has reinforced my belief that mastering digital tools alongside artistic exploration prepares students for success in modern creative fields.
