SWBAT:
Remove red eye.
Brighten an image.
Adjust the features of a face.
Combine images to create a panorama.
Crop and straighten an image and fill in any resulting empty areas.
Blur the background of an image using Iris Blur.
Merge two images to extend depth of field.
Apply optical lens correction to a distorted image.
Remove an object and seamlessly fill the empty space.
Adjust the perspective of an image to match another image
Make sure Photoshop is not running. Quit it if you need to.
Simultaneously hold down 3 keys
Start Photoshop and continue to hold the keys
If you don't get the "Delete Settings File" or equivalent, quit Photoshop again and repeat the steps starting with step 1
Download the entire Folder
Click on the Finder Face on your Dock
Navigate to your DOWNLOADS folder
Double click on the Lesson05.zip file to decompress it.
Open the PS BOOK to page 113
Start following instructions on STEP 4 with the following CHANGE: Replace the underscore with a SPACE and the word "Working" with your LAST name followed by your first name and then the .psd file extension. Example: RedEye Hooker Martina.psd
Follow the same file naming instructions for ALL the files in this lesson
Open all JPEGs through the Photoshop file menu
How to open the Egret file:
Please be sure sure to do extensive editing on your Creative Extension. For example, just doing Red-Eye corrections will not earn you the full 10 points
Choose learning from one of the 7 Quick Fixes files and apply it to your own photo or an internet photo
Name the file the same way you named one of the 7 assignment files but add the word "Extension" to it.
Example: Egret Extension Hooker Martina or
Quick Fixes Extension Hooker Martina.psd
Before you do any edits, be sure to duplicate the original layer and name it "original" so you can show before and after. Or you can use smart filters.
Use the steps from the workbook. You can modify them as you wish!
