Those of you who were at DCS last year may remember the exercise circuit we did during our fitness unit. H.I.I.T. stands for High Intensity Interval Training and this was the model that we used to help you experience a full body workout using little to no equipment.
I've added a link to a pdf document with the exercises we did during class. This would be a great workout for you to use even if you have to modify the exercises a little. Also, if you are looking for more of a challenge you can increase the work ratio or add exercises to the workout routine.

Feeling stressed out or anxious? Yoga is a great physical activity during times of stress. This video is about 30 minutes long. Try it out if it is something that interests you.
Here is a fun dance video called the Git Up! This would be a fun way to learn a new dance to get your physical activity in on a rainy day. Check it out!!
