Listen to this great story with orchestral accompaniment. Send an email with your favorite section, or instrument! MDavis@sau53.org or MTruong@sau53.org
The first song a great listen and move song. The first time through the directions are spoken, the second time through dancers need to use their ears to listen to what the music is telling them to do.
The second is purely instrumental - to get the wiggles out! If that is too "free form" for your musician, click on through and find the following videos that give explicit instruction on how to move.
Enjoy the music and get dancing!
Please send any videos of your wonderful singing to Mrs. Davis or Mr. Truong!

This is a repeat-after-me Appalachian folk song. The music word for this is an 'echo' song. Try to listen carefully for the ending which adds on more to it each time. For an added challenge increase the tempo (or speed) with each additional verse, to see who can sing the lyrics the fastest without getting mixed up!
The slideshow to the left has the movements written out for a circassian circle dance to the Irish Washerwoman. This is a partner dance and it is lots of fun to try!
