Thank you for your interest in volunteering to chaperone for the 2024-2025 Marching Band season! Below are the necessary items you will need to be eligible to chaperone. If possible, please deliver all your paperwork together.
Have current clearances on file at the high shcool
Submit all forms and clearances to the Shaler Area High School main office secretary, Betty Wesolek (wesolekb@shalerarea.org). These clearances are good for 5 years.
Sign and submit School Board Acknowledgement
This must be done annually.
Complete and submit PDE 6004 Arrest & Conviction Form
This must be done annually.
Complete the 2025-2026 Chaperone Sign-Up Google Form with your contact information and availability.
Be a SABPA member, paid in full.
