Symphonic Band & Concert Band

The SA Symphonic Band is a group made up of woodwind, brass and percussion players in grades 9-12.  Students in this ensemble will rehearse, perform and study moderate level original wind band compositions, orchestral transcriptions, and music from a variety of musical genres.

Under the direction or Mr. M. George Tepshich, the SA Concert Band has participated and competed in many regional and national music festivals, including the Performing Arts Consultant Adjudication New York City, Festivals of Music Band Adjudication in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Festivals of Music Band Adjudication in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Festivals of Music Band Adjudication in New York City, Festivals of Music Band Adjudication in Nashville, TN, Festivals of Music Band Adjudication in Chicago, IL and Festival Disney Music Festival in Orlando, Florida.
