- Get Certificates (valid for 2-3 years)
Participants must complete 2 required trainings and email completion certificates to stadiumcrew01@gmail.com. Sign up for both of these trainings at rserving.com using the Acrisure Stadium LID Number 48228 to get a discounted rate.
"ServSafe" Food Service Training, valid for 3 years
RAMP Alcohol Training, valid for 2 years
Returning participants, contact stadiumcrew01@gmail.com if you earned these certifications and are not sure when they expire.

Add your name, email, and any other requested information to the Volunteer List spreadsheet. The SABPA ARAMARK Coordinator submits this to ARAMARK. Volunteers will then receive their background check forms via DocuSign. These background check forms are separate from any forms you fill out for band, choir, or orchestra and must be completed annually. Information you provide is used for this ARAMARK Fundraiser, including group emails that are distributed throughout the season.

Here is the 2025 Acrisure Stadium Schedule. Email stadiumcrew01@gmail.com to get the spreadsheet that you add your name to for any scheduled event. Note in the spreadsheet if you would like a parking pass ($10 deducted from the total payout after our group's payout for the event) and whether you'd like to carpool.

The sign up call list for each event will typically go out 3 weeks prior.

The final crew list for each event will be sent to ARAMARK so they can staff all the stands.
The day of the event

Wear black pants and black shoes (no leggings, shorts, capris; no flip flops, sandals, etc.)
Bring your ARAMARK hat (ARAMARK will provide the hat that you must bring to every game)
Get an ARAMARK uniform shirt at your stand (stand assignments are noted on the sign-in sheet).
Return the shirt after the event. Put the shirt back into the uniform bag and return the bag to the Aramark Uniform Room on the ground level along with your stand paperwork.

Take the employee shuttle to the stadium.
After the event, go to Lot 21 (Google Maps LInk--across from the T station on Reedsdale Street) to catch the shuttle back to the parking lot.

Who can participate?
Parents, friends, siblings, grandparents, relatives, ANYONE at least 18 years old--including students themselves. Your earnings must go to the account of a student you designate who participates in Band, Choir, or Orchestra.
How much can a participant earn per event?

Payouts vary by event, but range from $90-$200. Football games and concerts are 8-hour shifts for $120-$200. The signup sheet will show specific payout information for each event. The entire payout goes to the student's fundraising account. This is the only fundraiser available that yields a 100% profit margin.
