Shaler Area Band Parents Association

The Shaler Area Band Parents Association (SABPA) exists to support and assist Band Director Tepshich and his staff in providing enriching experiences in musical education through Band. The association organizes fundraisers to help students to raise money for their spring trip. Join SABPA to get involved in fundraising, chaperoning, and a variety of other volunteer opportunities large and small.

Happy almost first day of school! This week is quite busy. Thank you to everyone is volunteering and donating! We couldn't do it all without your support.

Practice and events -
- Monday, Aug 24th - Happy First Day of School!
- Tuesday, Aug 25th - Marching band practice at SAMs Titan Stadium - 6-7:30 pm
  - DROP OFF POP DONATIONS - ALL FAMILIES ARE ASKED TO DONATE
    8th graders= Aquafina (24 pack of 16.9oz bottles)
    9th graders= Last Names beginning with A-N Diet Pepsi (24 cans) & Last Names beginning with M-Z Diet Mountain Dew (24 cans)
    10th graders = Last Names beginning with A-N Pepsi (24 cans) & Last Names beginning with M-Z Aquafina (24 pack of 16.9oz bottles)
    11th graders = Last Names beginning with A-N Mountain Dew (24 cans) & Last Names beginning with M-Z Mug Root Beer (24 cans)
    12th graders = Aquafina Water (24 pack of 16.9 oz bottles)
- Thursday, Aug 20th -Marching band practice 5:45 run through @ Biles field
- Thursday, Aug 27th -Meet the Titans Night @Biles Field aka Pie Night. 7pm
  - DROP OFF PIE DONATIONS. WE ALSO NEED 2 MORE TENTS. ALL FAMILIES ARE ASKED TO DONATE
    - 8th grade: Cream (e.g., chocolate, cookies & cream, lemon meringue, key lime)
      9th grade: Cherry
      10th grade: Peach
      11th grade: Berry (e.g., strawberry, mixed berry, blackberry, blueberry)
      12th grade: Apple
      *Please, drop off your pie on inside the main gate of Biles field between 5:30 and 6:30pm.
