Share Salisbury maintains a “treasurer account” at Lloyds Bank: s/c 30-98-97 a/c 36953262.
When making payments to this account always include the reference "SRC" so that the amount can be correctly allocated to Repair Cafe.

Expenses

Salisbury Repair Cafe will promptly reimburse volunteers for expenses, provided the expense was authorised in advance by Elaine, Tracey or Eva.

Expenses up to £30 per volunteer should ideally be taken directly from the donations pot and supported by a receipt. Larger expenses or those incurred between Cafe sessions may be settled by bank transfer. Please speak to Elaine, Tracey or Eva.
