Count cash donations
Log onto iZettle and record total card donations
Log onto Paypal and record total on-line donations (may take a few days to show)
Record any expenses (taken out of cash donations or due to be reimbursed via BACS)
Transfer cash donations to SRC bank account (either pay in at bank, or keep cash for personal use and make a BACS transfer to SRC for the same amount - Salisbury Repair Cafe s/c 30-96-26 a/c 55044368)
Count the volunteers entered on the attendance record sheet
Count the total repairs attempted
Count the number of items fixed (including any home repairs)
Count the donations taken (cash, card and Paypal)
Enter all on the Statistics spreadsheet
Note: columns C, D, F, H, J & K of the spreadsheet are calculated fields

Create a file pack with the following:
Volunteer attendance record
Feedback forms
Repair forms
Sheet with visitor names (pink)
Summary sheet with date, financial info (donations and expenses)
Manage / Services
Click on eye symbol in first line (Salisbury Repair Café) so that it's crossed through
Settings / Design settings / Home page
"Now CLOSED for bookings; Next Repair Café is Saturday xx yy zzzz"
Click "Apply settings to your website"
Verify that the pink sheet with visitor names is filed with the other RC session paperwork - this will be the only record
Reports / Personal data / Clients report
Filter Deleted = "No" / Apply
Click on "x delete personal data" for each name (there is not quick way to delete all in one go)
Go to the repair bookings folder on Google Drive
Delete any spreadsheets with personal data
Reports / Booking details
Filter Status = "Non-cancelled bookings" / Apply
Toggle "100" records per page (bottom left)
Select all bookings by ticking the box to the left of "Code"
Cancel selected / OK
