Remind everyone how items and paperwork flow through the Café
Identify first aiders
Identify qualified PAT testers
Remind electrical repairers to use an RCD device for testing, and that all repaired appliances must not leave the cafe without being PAT tested
Arrange Volunteer Register, labels and sharpies so that volunteers can sign in
Set up Check-in and Check-out signs, and any other signage
Set up Feedback Form collection box and donations collection jar
Lay out the House Rules and Privacy Policy where visitors can see them
Set up the card reader - see Card Reader Instructions
Cut up Repair Forms and Feedback Forms using the guillotine
Staple the raffle tickets to the Repair Forms, with the 2nd ticket protruding over the edge
Secure donations pot, including donations from catering
Make sure all expenses have been recorded
Collect up card reader and phone, bookings list, repair and feedback forms, attendance record
Empty waste paper basket
Place all items at the front door
Keep visitors informed of approximate waiting times
Make sure repairers start the next repair in the queue, or that there is a rationale for not doing so and a plan to progress all repairs
