Personal Training Semester 2
This subject introduces students to the theoretical and practical aspects of personal fitness. Through active participation in theory and practical classes, students will develop a basic understanding of training and performance. There will be a major focus on students developing their own training program to suit a specific sport of choice. Students will partake in peer lead sessions that focus on fitness components and specific methods of training.
