My project for this module was Cloudy skies it was a way for me to try rigging different models for it, and also a way for me to tell a story or small narrative about how we all can be going great at the start but we can run into problems where we feel along and scared and that we do need others to talk to just to help us get through what we are struggling with at the time.

Honestly I had a lot of Fun making this and there are also a lot of different points i Leant about while making this as well

For this project I did draw a lot of inspiration from Sky: Children of the Light
The reason for this is the fact that it allows the telling of the story to be different in such that no words are used and that because they wear masks then it is not about anyone person or race it could be anyone
MODELS & RIGS
MODELS & RIGS
With the young character I actually did 2 rigs of it, The First being a very simple rig with basic controls but I then re-did it using a plugin for maya in a experiment to see what it was like and to see how it affects the pipeline of production
The Adult character was also done with Advanced skeleton 5
The program did make it easy and very fast but a lot of it was also messy in how the naming conventions worked and how big of a list it ended up producing with the way it mapped it all out
The Creature I did rig from scratch due to its unusual shape and the way it moves and the same was done for the boat since I wanted to have it animated in a certain way
