Candidates who are already in China will need to follow the next steps in order to get a Visa:
- Online application (upload all documents and wait for a response)
- Face to face application at FEO
The application for Visa will likely be faster because the documents were already checked and passed when the applicant came to work in China for the first time. However, the visa application rules have changed on April 1st, the candidate needs the legalisation of his/her degree and ACRO or DBS ( those documents were not required in the past). Also, the applicant's school needs to offer a relevant reference letter and cooperate with canceling the Work Permit and Residence Permit.
