The title of my artwork is Candy Still Life. I created a still life drawing. I used the following mediums to create my work graphite pencil, colored pencil. Some of the art-making techniques I used are: Drawing, and shading. I used the following elements of art in my artwork: Color, value, space. To add interest to my composition I used these principles of design: contrast and emphasis.This artwork is about candy and the shadows they emit. This completed work makes me feel happy because i like how the wrapper looks because it is bold with color. By creating this project I learned that shadows closer to the object are darker. In future pieces of art I may try to use different interesting tools such as charcoal. I added my own original style by using crunchy m and m's candy.
