In today's lesson we started learning about how people use text (words) and images (pictures) to communicate. We looked at lots of different signs and had to work out what they all meant using our background knowledge. For example, usually signs that are shaped like a triangle with a red border mean danger or stop! We also discussed what is better: text, images or both together. Which of these signs do you find the easiest to understand and why?
