BASRAN Webinar March 23, 2024

The impact of industrial fishing on the Baltic Sea Ecosystem

March 23, 2024 from CET 11.00 till 14.00 (EET 12.00-15.00)

This BASRAN webinar brings to surface the impact of industrial fishing on the Baltic Sea ecosystem. You will listen to experts from Finland, Germany, Lithuania, Poland, and Sweden explaining how the marine ecosystem works, the threats, the opportunities, and good examples.

The need is great for measures to prevent the herring from meeting the same fate as the cod already has done. It is urgent to do the right things. But we must stand on scientific grounds and proven experience. This is what the webinar gives you as an audience.
