This project related to strategic direction 3.3 on Leadership, Culture, Collaboration and Practice. This project focused on ensuring that the school meets the SIP and system priorities targets and that various work practices and cultural habits are developed in and beyond the school. Some highlights from the project include:
35 hours of whole school, high impact professional learning opportunities being provided to staff.
The launch of Rooty Hill High School’s Highly Accomplished Website to initiate professional dialogue within schools and professional learning networks.
2023 PDP template and process refined to allow teachers, SASS and SLSO’s to undertake professional learning that addresses learning needs and demonstrates progress against planned PDP goals.
