PLLT Project 1.3 related to strategic direction 1.3 in the 2021 - 2024 school plan. This project focused on ensuring that the operationalsied processes and platforms such as the PDP, Classroom Observation Package and new teacher processes such as EnVOY and CT/RT training. The project was split into two areas being the classroom observation package (1.3.1) and the responsible and restorative practice (1.3.2) and the videos are located in each of the sub-pages. The team was able to achieve the following:
Published a new classroom observation package in consultation with NESA and using evidence in formed research into high quality teaching practice to create a more effective document that better aligned the APST standards to school practice.
The PLLT team created a student behaviour interview tool - Reflect, Reframe and Plan - based on the best practice of the school's relational platforms for use in conversations with students about respect, responsibility, restoration and resilience.
Successfully introduced "circle architecture" into classroom practice.
