Information about Open Enrollment can be found at www.enrollRBA.com. Applications for the open enrollment lottery will be accepted December 7 - January 31, 2021. All applications received February 1, 2021 or later will be put in order received on the waiting list. The annual lottery is held in February at each campus, dates TBD.
