Everyone will be provided with disposable face masks and gloves.
Masks are required when the general public is on campus.
Masks are required when 6-foot distancing is not possible.
Only office staff are permitted in the main offices.
If you need something from the office, please call and it will be delivered to you.
Staff are only permitted to enter their assigned buildings.
Maintaining proper social distancing is required.
Group meetings are not recommended and may not exceed 10 people.
All drop-off and pick-up procedures will be done through the car-line to minimize foot traffic.
As always, safety vests are required during traffic.
NEW IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Exceptions to returning to work:
Requests for working remotely or requesting Emergency Sick Leave (FFCRA) or FMLA – Expanded (FFCRA) must be submitted to Human Resources and your Manager for prior approval. As a reminder, here are the circumstances for which exception requests would be considered:

A member of your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or you are providing care for a family member or a member of your household who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
You are at high risk of severe illness from COVID-19. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defines a high-risk individual as a person 65 years of age or older, or a person of any age, who has serious underlying medical conditions including being immunocompromised, or has chronic lung disease, moderate-to-severe asthma, serious heart conditions, severe obesity, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and undergoing dialysis, or liver disease.

You are unable to reach your place of employment because of a quarantine imposed as a direct result of the COVID-19 public health emergency or you have been advised by a health care provider to self-quarantine due to concerns related to COVID-19.
Please follow CDC recommendations for how to protect yourself and others (see below):
Dear work family 😊 “Out of sight, is not out of mind.” The RBA leadership team continues to think about you and wants you to know WE ARE HERE FOR YOU as we walk together through unchartered territory.
“What will my job duties look like while our campuses remain under restrictions from the state? All staff will be supporting the transition of students returning to school to ensure the education of students both on-campus and on-line is equitable and provides educational growth. Some positions will solely support on-campus or on-line students directly while others will be hybrid in nature.
“Beginning on Thursday, July 23, will I need to clock in as usual even if not I'm not working on campus?” Yes. Regardless of your physical work location, all staff must clock in/out each day (and any non-exempt staff must clock in/out for breaks if taken). The TimeClock Wizard is accessible via desktop computer or phone app. Any issues or questions, please contact your school Office Manager.
“Do I still request “time off” via Bamboo?" Yes. The procedure for requesting Time Off remains the same. PTO and all types of leave are requested via Bamboo. In case of sick call-outs, PTO must be requested via Bamboo and the staff member also follows current procedures to notify school admin(s) so that a Substitute is scheduled within ample time. Admins have access to roster files that include recommended Substitutes for all online classes. In addition to the normal Time Off categories, in response to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) two new special categories of PTO in addition to your standard PTO have been added to Time Off in Bamboo: Emergency Sick Leave (FFCRA) and Expanded FMLA - Expanded (FFCRA). Please see below for an FAQ and Notice of Employee Rights for detail.
“What resources and support is RBA providing if I begin to feel stressed with all the uncertainty, with childcare and/or caregiving challenges, or am worried about my health and the health of my extended family?" In addition to the two special PTO categories related to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (see #5 and FAQ below), we have telephonic counseling, resources and support available free of charge with our LifeWorks EAP. They answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (888-319-7819) or via metlifeeap.lifeworks.com user name: metlifeeap and password: eap.
