iO (launched July 2021)

The imagineOne Project was a campus-wide effort to transform the way people at Rice work and conduct business. Replacing and unifying a range of distinct systems and tools that had been used previously, iO went live to the university on July 1st 2021.

iO Evolution (launched July 2023)

iO EvolutiOn: User Experience represented a change in focus to consider and ensure that Rice's administrative system, iO, was effective and serving the campus community's needs. This ongoing process is an evolution, and while there are immediate priorities and concerns, this type of continuous improvement work will continue throughout the life of the system.
