Bingo Sam

Bingo Sam is the most fun and happy creature ever. He is the mascot and main attraction of Bingo Sam Land. Ya know the way that being around someone who's in a bad mood brings you down? He's the opposite. People seek out the theme park to be within the positive aura he gives off,. You don't even need to be interacting with him to feel the good vibes. Some believe that he exudes a subtle spell that makes everyone who steps onto Bingo Sam land's island on happier (though this has been neither confirmed nor denied).

He doesn't speak, almost like a living mascot suit but he is SO happy oh my god.

Powers

Most notably he is able to infinitely generate magical balloons. He holds a balloon in each hand and as he gives the string of one balloon to a patron of the theme park another one has already magically appeared in his hand. It's thought that these balloons may also radiate a good aura. These balloons never deflate and can't be popped BUT you can untie the bottom and let the air out (if you need the balloon to be gone).
