1.  Get a template, glue it onto cereal box cardboard and start cutting it out. 

Step 1 complete.

2.  Tape the darts closed on the side if the head peices and the ears.

3.  Tape the sides of the horns together.

4.  Stat attaching the right side of the face to the top of the head with tape.

5.  Do the same with the left side.

6.  Tape on the inside to reinforce the edges.

7.  Fold the bottom along the lines on the template.

8.  Starting at the top, attach the bottom of the head with tape.

The head is assembled.

9.  Attach the left side of the neck to the front of the neck.

10.  Attach the right side.

11.  Reinforct the inside.

12.  Fold the flaps at the base of the neck and tape.

13.  Hotglue the head to the neck.

14.  Attach the horns and ears.

15.  Trace and cut out two of the large plaque shapes.

16.  Trace and cut out two of the smaller plaque shapes.

17. Continued.

18.  Get some wire and make a loop.  Find the center of the back close to the top of the plaque.

19.  Hot glue it on

20.  Hot glue the Dragon to the plaque.

20.  Complete.

21.  Get a pile of plaster wrap and some water.  Don't forget to get some paper to put under your work area.

22.  Plaster your dragon evenly with overlapping peices.
