You are only allowed to request 1 change per class
Only fill out the form if you want to request a change
You are not allowed to change Phys Ed or Health
Filling out the form
Open the form → Type your Name
Select the Period/Day of your request
Select your CURRENT class
Select your DESIRED request
Fill out the form again for each different Period/Day
This is a request, not a guarantee. All changes will be reviewed by admin
