Place Value Blocks

The image to the left shows how place value blocks can be used to represent different numbers.

We call the 'ones' blocks "units"

We call the 'tens' blocks "rods"

We call the 'hundreds' blocks "flats"

We call the 'thousands' blocks "cubes"

Number Lines
