Thoa is the learning leader for GATX Rail North America who develops and deploys a strategic and scalable approach to L&D to maximize GATX Rail NA Operations performance in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC). She is a passionate, dedicated organizational change catalyst and influencer. Thoa is a holistic systems thinker who continuously advocates for proactive, collaborative change management controls to ensure seamless integration of people, processes and systems to achieve operational excellence while fostering a continuous learning culture through agile process and system documentation, knowledge sharing and inclusion.
