Ayesha Qureshi

Ayeshi is a Network Operations Manager at Canadian Pacific where she manages a team of highly technical and skilled specialists who are responsible for the operations of Data Networks for Canadian Pacific. She and her team are responsible for ensuring network connectivity for the organization whether it is in an S&C bungalow, on a vehicle, in a corporate office or at a remote user's home. She held a few different roles at CP including Financial Analyst, Network Operations Analyst, and Network Designer. She has formally and informally led people, projects and teams. Ayesha enjoys learning about leadership and management by reading books, observing others, and reflecting. She is very passionate about mentoring and helping women realize their goals in the railroad / IT industry.

Why do you mentor? I appreciate that many people have helped me, mentored me, and coached me throughout my career. It is because of them, I consider myself successful. I want to give back to the community by offering to mentor.​
