Sending Your Official Sierra College Transcript to WSCA
1. Access Portal
2. Locate Section
4. Destination/Recipient Details
For the Destination, choose Western Sierra Collegiate Academy OR set the destination email as the WSCA Registrar:wscaregistrar@rocklinacademy.org.
Do NOT send the transcript to yourself. This will not count as an official transcript.
See below on how to view your unofficial transcript to see your grades.
5. Order Details Page
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If sending transcripts for a course that you are just completing: In the "Processing Time" section in Parchment, you MUST select “HOLD FOR GRADES.” This way, your transcript is sent AFTER your current term grades are posted to your Sierra College Transcript. Failure to do so will result in your transcript being sent without your grades for this class. See Hold for Grades Image.
6. Order Review
On the Order Details page, review your information carefully before final submission.
