The following timeline and instructions are ONLY for students taking a Sierra College course to replace a required WSCA course during Summer 2026.
Feb 25
Complete the External Course Application (in your course request form).
By March 26
Join Summer 26 External & Math Acceleration Google Classroom (Join code vaghssxy)
Join ParentSquare 26-27 External Summer Course Applicants (follow the instructions in the Google Classroom).
Closely follow SIERRA COLLEGE- Academic Enrichment Guide for the application process and Sierra College eform.
April 10
Complete the Sierra College Application and all parts of the enrollment process.
Students must apply for EVERY semester you are taking a class- even if you have taken courses at Sierra previously.
April 16- Complete Sierra College Academic Enrichment eform.
Students must complete the eform EVERY semester you are taking a class- even if you have taken courses at Sierra previously.
May 1
Regularly check Sierra College email (accessed through mySierra) for course updates from Sierra College.
June 8- Summer Instruction Begins
Check course dates- a select few start later or end slightly sooner than June 8th and Aug 1st.
Aug 1- Summer Instruction Ends
Immediately order your transcript to be sent from Sierra to WSCA Registrar!
CAREFULLY FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS - you must select HOLD FOR GRADES under “Processing Time” so that your Sierra transcript is not sent to WSCA before Sierra has transferred your grades to your Sierra College Transcript.
Screenshot your transcript order confirmation page and submit it to the Summer External Course Google Classroom assignment “Final Step: Follow Timeline and Submit Transcripts.”
Aug 10
WSCA must receive your transcript from Sierra on or before this date.
Any upcoming course will be replaced only if your transcript is received by this date.
