Requesting transcripts/other documentation 

to be submitted on your behalf:

• Complete the Senior Transcript Request Process AND complete the Counselor Submission Request Form

  • Submit each time AND for each portal (college or scholarship) that you need your counselor to submit information on your behalf!    

  • Make sure you are listing YOUR COUNSELOR when asked, NOT Mrs. B. 

  • Use your counselor's @rafos.org email address any time you need to add their contact information to an application. 

Additionally, it is your responsibility to:

• Check the CCC Newsletter each week.

• See your "Class of" Google Classroom.

• Follow all of our presentations carefully.  

• Follow all deadlines, and instructions carefully.  

• Come down to the CCC to ask questions after all other resources are carefully reviewed. Most questions asked are addressed in our resources.  

• Use your full legal name for all documentation, including the FAFSA.
