On 3rd July 2026, Ms. Grenil D’Sa, Secondary Coordinator at Universal Asmita High School, ICSE, conducted an insightful session on the ICSE Board of Education. She elaborated on the board’s curricular framework, academic structure, pedagogical practices, and assessment mechanisms. She further highlighted the distinguishing features of various educational boards, with emphasis on their instructional strategies, learning outcomes, competency development, and evaluation processes in ICSE . The session facilitated students’ understanding of the diverse educational frameworks and their implications for learner development. It also provided prospective teachers with valuable exposure to contemporary pedagogical approaches and curriculum implementation practices. Overall, the webinar was academically enriching, interactive, and professionally relevant, enhancing students’ understanding of different school education systems.
On 3rd July 2026, Ms. Natasha Punnoose, Teacher at Chatrabhuj Narsee School, IGCSE. She conducted an insightful session on the IGCSE Board of Education. She explained its curriculum, teaching methods, academic structure, and assessment practices. The session also highlighted key differences among various educational boards. It enhanced students’ understanding of learning outcomes and competency development. Prospective teachers gained valuable insights into modern pedagogy and curriculum implementation. She also highlighted the differences between various boards and their approaches to teaching and assessment. The webinar was informative, interactive and enriching, providing useful insights for future teachers.

Activities 2023-24
Inquiry Based Learning (IBL)
Inquiry based learning is a learning process that engages students by making real-world connections through exploration and high-level questioning. IBL was incorporated for the topic 'Absenteeism in School'. Students explored causes of absenteeism in schools and brainstorming was carried out for finding solutions to the same.

Individual learning
During the internship students had the opportunity to explore the facilties in the school library. They spent some time daily referring to the books and study material prepared by the CBSE board. This was useful to understand the evaluation pattern, exam system and syllabus.
