A revised timetable started in Term 4, each Team has decided to select a day for their visits.
Term 1 & 2
Loan Pool for chromebooks programme operates daily by Shaniah McCarry and Ana Va’afusaga.
The Library is used daily from 10am-11am by voluntary reading tutors managed by Jenni Clarke.
Classrooms are scheduled for daily visits.
Lunchtime opening hours from 1.00pm -1.30pm daily.
Y7 and Y8 Immunisation catch-ups begin again in Term 4.

Cloud based Access It programme automatically updates to the latest version of its software.
SCIS is still the number one preference for cataloguing record

Mrs Doreen Fester is the Librarian Assistant and has done a great job again.
Visitors
Lino Nelisi Storytime reading to Junior classes during Nuiean Language week.
Lino is a well known New Zealand children's writer whose books celebrate New Zealand's cultural diversity.
National Library Service
This service continues to be a valuable resource for staff members and advisory team for our Library staff
Online suppliers Fyndit -Invercargill and Wheelers
Focus 2023
Display and purchase New Zealand History, Maori and Pacific books.
Encourage and train student librarians to assist in book returns, book reviews and story telling.
Language weeks - Coordinate with any interested staff in story time, and to utilise the Te Whare Ako to cater for larger groups, during lunchtimes.
