On 6 May 2025, the Faculty of Science, Prince of Songkla University (PSU), hosted a delegation fromUniversiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) as part of their STEM Mobility Program. Led by Associate Professor Dr. Yap Wing Fen, the group included 25 undergraduate students and staff from UPM’s Faculty of Science. The delegation was welcomed by Assistant Professor Dr. Naragorn Kaewkao, Vice Head of Division of Physical Science, along with PSU physicists and the International Relations team.
The visit began with a warm introduction to PSU’s faculty and an overview of various research projects from both PSU and UPM. After the opening session, the visitors were divided into smaller groups for lab visits in the field of Physics. Each group was guided by PSU faculty members who shared their expertise and insights.
This visit gave students from Universiti Putra Malaysia the opportunity to learn more about the faculty’s academic and research environment while fostering meaningful interactions with faculty members. The day served as a valuable platform for both institutions to connect, exchange knowledge, and inspire future collaborations.
