Visitor Request
Your completed visitor form will prepare the arrangement and schedule of program to accomplish your objectives. Therefore please fill in the entire form so that we can proceed your proposal of visit to the relevant department/center of excellence/research center/research unit. Please note that a group visit must be requested 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
Procedure:
Visitors can explore their interests at faculty's website.
Complete and submit the Visitors Request Form to sci.
Sci.IR unit proceeds the form to the specific department/center of excellence/research center/research unit
Sci.IR concludes the arranged visit with the specific department/center of excellence/research center/research unit
Sci.IR contacts the visitor for confirming possible changes
Sci.IR issues the invitation letter
Report of visit will be posted on our websites
