The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis can help us make decisions by considering positive/negative external/internal factors. Positive internal factors are strengths and negative internal factors are weaknesses. Opportunities are positive external factors and threats are negative external factors.
A reflection guide based on this is provided to help you understand intrinsic factors such as skills, interests and motivations, while also considering the external factors such as your career aspirations, and potential challenges (especially given our remote learning setup) that may be encountered.
