Family, School & Community Partnerships (FSCP)

Poudre School District's Department of Language, Culture & Equity, Family School Community Partnership Coordinator, Advocates and Family Liaisons work to build strong Family, School, Community Partnerships to engage students and families to participate and contribute to their school community and guide student achievement. Our primary focus is to provide equitable opportunities to Poudre School District's culturally and linguistically diverse and high needs families. 

This website was created to provide all PSD staff with a platform to spark ideas for family engagement. We have included a compilation of PSD Promising Practices written by Family Liaisons based on their site's experiences. Practices are categorized using Colorado Department of Education family engagement standards. These PSD Promising Practices, found under each tab,  can be used to guide the FSCP team at your schools as you develop your own practices.
