The Lasting Solutions Program assists clients who seek a lasting solution to ending the problem of family violence in their lives. The Lasting Solutions Program is devoted to helping clients as they rebuild their lives. Our lawyers provide counsel, advice and representation to clients in a variety of domestic cases including orders of protection, dissolution of marriage, modifications, paternity establishments and child custody cases.

The Victim Service Division (VSD) provides a variety of services to victims of crime in St. Louis County. Focal services include supportive counseling and crisis intervention, information on criminal and juvenile court procedures, and referral to many community and state resources. VSD staff and volunteer advocates assist with orders of protection, victim impact statements and crime victim compensation forms. Advocates accompany victims to hearings/trials and offer the use of two victim/witness waiting rooms in the Courts Building.
The Catholic Legal Assistance Ministry (CLAM) provides exceptional pro bono legal services and equal access justice to the poor and marginalized in civil matters throughout the 11 counties of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Services provided include:
Legal Assistance: Fighting for the legal rights of clients who could not otherwise afford an attorney
Family Law Project: Prioritizing representation for women and children in court
Immigration Law Project: Keeping families together by fighting for the rights of immigrants in court
Veterans Advocacy Project: Filling a critical gap in accessible legal services for veterans
Equal Housing Assistance Project: Providing legal assistance to those who are in jeopardy of losing their housing
