Suicide Help Lines

KUTO is dedicated to providing youth focused crisis prevention, suicide intervention and post-vention support to the community through awareness education and outreach. The Crisis Helpline is staffed everyday after 4pm by volunteers who are trained to listen and help identify problems and develop effective solutions. Daily hours of operation are:

Every texter is connected with a Crisis Counselor, a real-life human being trained to bring texters from a hot moment to a cool calm through active listening and collaborative problem solving. All of Crisis Text Line's Crisis Counselors are volunteers, donating their time to helping people in crisis. Text 741741 from anywhere in the USA to text with a trained Crisis Counselor.


Covenant House Nineline has been helping young people in need gain immediate access to crisis and counseling services. NINELINE is also a valuable resource for parents seeking guidance about difficult family situations, or for those desperately trying to locate a runaway child. Crisis Counselors are available to talk about a variety of topics such as:

  • Basic needs

Collect calls are accepted and professional staff are on-hand to help you with whatever issue you might be facing.


Trained LCS volunteers and staff members will offer you help and hope through referrals to counseling and resources.
