St. John’s Mercy Behavioral Health provides evaluation and treatment for individuals who suffer with psychiatric illness and chemical dependency. They offer specialized dual-diagnosis treatment that addresses the problems and issues of both these primary illnesses. They also offer multi-disciplinary treatment for alcoholism and other drug dependencies, and compulsive disorders such as gambling addiction. Treatment includes individual and group counseling, relapse-prevention techniques, and the ongoing support of the 12-step programs of Alcoholics Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous and other addiction-recovery support groups.
