Services for At-Risk Youth

St. Vincent Home for Children provides high quality, professional treatment and residential services to meet the changing needs of struggling children and families. We continue to accept referrals, conduct intakes, and provide treatment for youth in our residential and outpatient programs. Our programs are FREE and open to all at-risk youth. We practice Trauma-Informed Care, an approach that places a trauma focus at the center of understanding client experiences/behaviors and those who may be struggling with anger issues, bullying, defiance, victim of abuse/neglect, poor decision making, homelessness, and emotional and/or behavioral issues.

The Youth Connection Helpline is a dedicated 24/7 hotline for youth, parents, guardians, or other concerned individuals to access crisis intervention, behavioral health and substance use assessment, and service linkage. The Helpline also has a follow-up program, where eligible callers will receive a follow-up call within 48 hours by a coordinator who ensures child safety, assists with referrals, and continues to follow up until the crisis situation has been resolved or linkage to services has occurred.
