Bonjour ! Je m'appelle Ninon Cherry et j'ai eu la chance de passer deux semaines en Autriche, une expérience que je recommande vraiment à tout le monde.

Pendant mon séjour, j'ai fait de nombreuses activités. Par exemple, j'ai assisté à un l'opéra pour la première fois et c'était génial ! Les gens en Autriche étaient super accueillants et parlaient tous très bien anglais, ce qui m'a beaucoup aidée pour communiquer.

Côté langues, j'ai un peu amélioré mon anglais, mais c'est surtout en allemand que j'ai progressé. Tous les cours étaient en allemand, donc maintenant je comprends beaucoup mieux cette langue.

Comparé à la Belgique, le système scolaire autrichien est assez différent. Les cours finissaient plus tôt et il y avait moins de devoirs à la maison, peut-être parce que c'était la fin de l'année scolaire. J'ai aimé que les cours encouragent vraiment les étudiants à participer activement.

Pour les examens, je n'étais pas trop stressée de partir juste avant parce que je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes scolaires. J'ai eu une semaine entière pour réviser et je n'avais que deux semaines de cours à rattraper.

En gros, je suis super contente de mon expérience. Je n'ai rencontré aucune difficulté majeure et j'ai trouvé cette immersion en Autriche enrichissante et agréable. Je suis vraiment heureuse d'avoir pu y participer !

Hello! My name is Ninon Cherry, and I was fortunate enough to spend two weeks in Austria, an experience I would highly recommend to anyone.

I participated in many activities during my stay, including attending my first opera performance. It was amazing! Everyone I met in Austria was incredibly kind, and they all spoke excellent English, which helped me feel more comfortable communicating with them.

As far as language learning goes, I improved my English slightly, but I mostly made progress in German. Since all the classes were taught in this language, I am able to understand it much better than before.

The Austrian education system differs from what we have in Belgium. Lessons ended earlier and there was less homework due to the fact that it was near the end of the academic year. I enjoyed how active participation was encouraged in class.

Before taking the final exam, I didn’t stress out about leaving since I haven’t experienced any issues at school. I had a full week to prepare and only needed to make up for two weeks of missed material.

In conclusion, I’m very happy with my experience. I didn’t encounter any major difficulties, and the immersion in Austria was enriching and enjoyable. I’m really glad that I could participate!
