In June 2022, we announced that our schools would be transitioning from our longtime student information system (SIS), TeacherEase, to a new system, Infinite Campus. (The SIS is where we store all of our students’ demographic, contact and academic information.) We are excited to start this school year with our new system in place and look forward to inviting all parents to access it via the Campus Parent portal!

Students may attend a teacher's office hours, which each teacher holds twice a week. During this time students can prepare for tests, and quizzes, do test corrections, and get general help with assistance from the teachers. Find office hour schedules here.
Grades act as a way to communicate with students, families, advisors, and outside institutions (ie: Colleges and Universities). The grade earned by a student should represent a student’s progress and mastery towards specific learning targets.
Semesters are broken up into two quarters - each worth 40% with a culminating assessment worth 20%. A student's semester grade appears on their HS transcript. Course credit is earned when the semester grade is 65 or higher.
Teachers' gradebooks are set up with categories - assignments are either Classwork (20%), Preparation (10%), or Achievement (70%).
Most classwork and preparation work is graded on a 45-100 scale. Work that is missing will be marked as a 45. An OSMU scale can also be used:
O: Outstanding - 100
S: Satisfactory - 85
M: Minimal - 75
U: Unsatisfactory - 65
45: Missing
Students may submit achievement assignments one week after the initial deadline, subject to a late deduction (up to 10%). Classwork and Preparation assignments can only be accepted and made up with an excused absence.
If you believe an assignment won't be completed in time, some teachers may offer extensions upon a timely request.
