IB Theater

Grade Level: 11-12

Credits: 1 Art or Elective Credit

Semester, 4-day or 5-day per week course

The IB Theatre is a multifaceted theatre-making course of study. It gives students the opportunity to make theatre as creators, designers, directors and performers. It emphasizes the importance of working both individually and collaboratively as part of an ensemble.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of at least one Theatre Arts or performance-based class with a 65% or higher. Courses include: Acting, Writing for Stage & Screen, Technical Theatre, Introduction to Film, Choir, or Songwriting or Instructor Approval.
